Requirements for Running the PCP-RIFTS Website:
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or newer
  • Firewall must allow for encrypted web information (Secure Socket, port 443)

  • Verify internet security settings for authentication and scripting:
    1. Launch Internet Explorer
    2. Go to Tools -> Internet Options
    3. Go to the Security tab
    4. Customize the settings
    5. Check the following:
      • Active scripting - not disabled
      • User Authentication - not Anonymous logon

  • Verify internet security settings for ActiveX and Plug-Ins:
    1. Launch Internet Explorer
    2. Go to Tools -> Internet Options
    3. Go to the Security tab
    4. Customize the settings
    5. Check the following:
      • Download signed ActiveX controls - not disabled
      • Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins - not disabled
